Returns
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll kindly accept returns within 20 days of the purchase date. We offer no exchanges at this time. Clothing items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and still have the original tags attached. You will need to purchase postage, we do not provide return shipping labels. After the return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution. Shipping cost are non refundable. Items in the SALE tab, bodysuits, and swim wear are FINAL SALE. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us for any assistance with your return infos@shop-illicit.com.
Shipping
Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation. Orders will not be shipped out on the weekends or holidays.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or packages that are stolen. If your package is lost, reach out to the carrier with your tracking number to file a claim. All orders include insurance for the full purchase price.
*Please be sure to double check your shipping address at checkout, items returned to us with an undeliverable address will be reshipped to the purchaser at their expense.
